As <br /> you will recall, the City successfully obtained a Court Order requiring <br /> the owner of the property to make repairs specified by the Mounds View <br /> Building Inspector. The Order stated further that in the event the <br /> repairs were not made within a 20 day time period, the City had the <br /> authority - with City Council approval - to make the repairs and bill <br /> the property owner. <br /> Rick Jarson, Building Inspector, has obtained bids from two (2) <br /> contractors for making the repairs listed in the Order. A copy of a <br /> memorandum from Rick and the bids are attached for your review. At this <br /> time, Staff needs Council approval to proceed with the abatement. <br /> Please keep in mind that the costs incurred by the City as a result of <br /> this abatement are the responsibility of the property owner.
