The Plat approval - for a 17 lot single family <br /> residential development - contained five (5) contingencies. At that <br /> meeting, Staff was directed to address those five contingencies so that <br /> consideration of the Final Plat could take place at the October 24, 1994 <br /> meeting. The following is an update on the five contingencies. <br /> 1) Outlot A, as shown on the proposed Plat, shall be deeded to the Cityl <br /> until such time that the property to the immediate South of the Outlot is <br /> developed. <br /> Staff has met with the Developer of the project and this is not a <br /> problem. Additionally, Staff informed the Developer that easements for <br /> utility purposes will be taken on each lot (these easements typically run <br /> along each property line and are 5 to 10 feet in width) . <br /> 2) Storm water ponding on the proposed Plat shall be provided per direction <br /> of the City Consulting Engineer. <br /> The Engineer for the Developer has recalculated the run-off amounts <br /> using the methodology specified by the City Consulting Engineer. The <br /> recalculations were only made available to City Staff and the Consulting <br /> Engineer on Wednesday of this week (October 19) and, therefore, the <br /> comments of the City Consulting Engineer will need to be forwarded to the <br /> Council on Monday Evening. <br /> aul Harrington, it <br /> g Commu y Development p nt Coordinator <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Staff has prepared the attached Resolution for consideration by the Council. As I stated earlier, comments regarding <br /> the storm water ponding on the site will be provided Monday Evening. <br />
