Staff has requested John to make a formal presentation at the <br /> regular Council meeting on November 14, 1994 . <br /> Should the City Council accept Honeywell' s concept and proposal, then the <br /> Council would sign a letter/resolution of intent, authorizing Honeywell to <br /> commence with the project .
