Request for Planning and Parks Commission minutes. <br /> ACTION ITEM: Chair Oman requested the Planning and Parks <br /> Commission minutes be circulated to the EQC for review and <br /> reference material. The possibility of on-line public information was <br /> considered a possible avenue for minutes circulation by Chair Oman. <br /> VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Festival in the Park <br /> Chair Oman expressed an interest in participating in the information <br /> booth for the Festival in the Park on Sunday, July 17, 1994 from 3:00 <br /> p.m.- 8:00 p.m. ACTION ITEM: Chair Oman and Commissioner <br /> Madsen offered participation in set up, answering questions and tear <br /> down/clean up for the exhibit. Commission member Brainard noted <br /> she would be out of town during the event. ACTION ITEM: Chair <br /> Oman directed staff liaison Pruitt to collect information for the booth <br /> similar to that which was used in previous years. <br /> B. CABLE TELEVISION <br /> It was suggested to utilize the public access channel for information <br /> on environmental quality concerns and earth conscious suggestions <br /> for City residents. <br /> VIII.
