STAFF REPORT- <br /> A. Staff Liaison Pruitt presented findings of proximate cities greenspace plans <br /> for the Highway 10 corridor. Chair Oman noted that the Highway 10 <br /> corridor was only one component of the overall greenspace plans for the <br /> area. ACTION ITEM: Chair Oman and Commissioners Brainard and <br /> Trotta directed staff to investigate greenspace plans for Blaine, Fridley, New <br /> Brighton, and Spring Lake Park, particularly focusing on border areas with <br /> the City of Mounds View. <br /> B. Ms. Pruitt reviewed the composting article submitted on behalf of the <br /> Environmental Quality Commission. Chair Oman stated he had composting <br /> tapes from the Minnesota State Horticulture Society that may be useful for <br /> the Cable TV access channel. <br /> C. Copies of the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes were circulated to <br /> EQC members by Ms. Pruitt for review, as requested in the June, 1994 <br /> meeting. EQC Members requested copies continue to be circulated to all <br /> members in the future. ACTION ITEM: Commissioner Brainard requested <br />
