(ii. ) Adult uses, either principal or accessory, <br /> shall be prohibited from <br /> locating in any building which is also <br /> utilized for residential purposes. <br /> (iii. )Adult uses, either principal or accessory, <br /> shall be prohibited from <br /> locating in any place which is also used to <br /> dispense or consume alcoholic beverages. <br /> (iv. ) The adult use business shall not be <br /> constructed, used, designed or operated for <br /> the purpose of facilitating or permitting <br /> persons to engage in specified sexual <br /> activities as defined in this section. <br /> c. The operators of the adult use business shall not <br /> permit specified sexual activities on the premises <br /> and shall have an affirmative duty to supervise the <br /> establishment and prevent any such activity. <br /> d. An adult use which does not qualify as an accessory <br /> use pursuant to Subdivision # of this sub-section, <br /> shall be classified as an adult use-principal. <br /> e. No minor shall be permitted on the licensed <br /> premises of an adult use-principal business unless <br /> accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. <br /> f. Any designated inspection officer or law <br /> enforcement officer shall have the unqualified <br /> right to enter, inspect and search the premises of <br /> the licensee during business hours without a search <br /> and seizure warrant. <br /> g. All license premises shall have the license posted <br /> in a conspicuous place at all times. <br /> h. Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct <br /> of his place of business and shall maintains <br /> conditions of order. <br /> Subd. 10 ADULT USES - PRINCIPAL: <br /> a. Adult use-principal shall be located at least 750 <br /> radial feet, as measured in a straight line from <br /> the closest point of the property line of the <br /> building upon which the adult-use principal is <br /> located to the property line of: <br /> (i. ) Residentially zoned property, <br /> 14 <br />
