(ii. ) A licensed day care center, <br /> (iii. )A public or private educational facility <br /> classified as an elementary, junior high or senior <br /> high, <br /> (iv. ) A public library, <br /> (v. ) A public park, <br /> (vi. ) Another adult use - principal, <br /> (vii. )An on-sale liquor establishment, or <br /> (viii. )Any church or church related organization. <br /> b. Adult-use principal activities, as defined by this <br /> Chapter, shall be classified as one use. No two <br /> adult uses-principal shall be located in the same <br /> building or upon the same property and each use <br /> shall be subject to this Section. <br /> c. Adult use-principal shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. <br /> to 12:00 p.m. for its hours of operation. A <br /> differing time schedule may be approved by the City <br /> Administrator, or their designee, subject to <br /> Council appeal, if it can be satisfactorily <br /> demonstrated by the operator to the City that <br /> extended operational hours will: <br /> (i. ) Not adversely impact or effect uses or <br /> activities within 1,000 feet. <br /> (ii. ) Will not result in increased policing and <br /> related service calls. <br /> (iii. ) Is critical to the operation of the business. <br /> Subd. 11. ADULT USE-ACCESSORY <br /> a. The adult use-accessory shall: <br /> (i. ) Comprise no more than twenty (20) percent of <br /> the floor area of the establishment in which <br /> it is located, <br /> (ii. ) Comprise no more than 20% of the gross <br /> receipts of the entire business operation, <br /> (iii) .Not involve or include any activity except <br /> the sale or rental of merchandise. <br /> 15 <br />
