five-day period, the city shall discontinue consideration <br /> of the application. <br /> b. Each application shall contain a provision on the <br /> application in bold print indicating that any withholding <br /> of information or the providing of false or misleading <br /> information will be grounds for denial or revocation of <br /> a license. Any changes in the information provided on <br /> the application or provided during the investigation <br /> shall bebrought to the attention of the city council by <br /> the applicant or licensee. If said changes take places <br /> during the investigation, said data shall be provided to <br /> the chief of police or the city clerk city administrator? <br /> in writing and they shall report the changes to the city <br /> council. Failure to report said changes by the <br /> applicant(s) or the licensee may result in a denial or <br /> revocation of a license. <br /> Subd. 13 LICENSE FEES <br /> a. The annual fee for an adult use-accessory license <br /> shall be five hundred ($500.00) . The annual fee <br /> for an adult use-principal license shall be five <br /> hundred dollars ($500.00) . <br /> b. Each application for a license shall be accompanied <br /> by a receipt from the city treasurer for payment in <br /> full of the required fee for the license. All fees <br /> shall be paid into the general fund of the <br /> municipality. Upon rejection of any applications <br /> for a license, the treasurer shall refund the <br /> amount paid. <br /> c. All licenses shall expire on the last day in June <br /> in each year. Each license shall be issued for a <br /> period of one (1) year, except that if a portion of <br /> the license year has elapsed when the application <br /> is made, a license may be issued for the remainder <br /> of the year for a pro rate fee. In computing such <br /> fee, any unexpired fraction of a month shall be <br /> counted as one (1) month. <br /> d. No part of the fee paid by any license issued under <br /> this article shall be refunded except in the <br /> following instances upon application to the city <br /> administrator within thirty (30) days from the <br /> happening of the event. There shall be refunded a <br /> pro rata portion of the fee for the unexpired <br /> period of the license, computed on a monthly basis, <br /> when operation of the licensed business ceases not <br /> less than one (1) month before expiration of the <br /> license because of: <br /> 17 <br />
