PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAM <br /> Human Resources Program Function <br /> -and-Settee-Standards <br /> This Program is responsible for personnel services including training for City staff, <br /> advertisements for employment opportunities, complying with the Affirmative Action Plan <br /> and providing a safe work environment by developing a safety plan and implementing <br /> it to minimize losses.
