PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAM <br /> Administrative Services consists of the following programs: <br /> o Office of the Clerk-Administrator <br /> o Human Resources <br /> o Public Information <br /> o Central Services <br /> o MIS <br /> The Clerk-Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the <br /> City and implementation of all City policy adopted by the City Council or mandated by <br /> the County, State or Federal law. <br /> PROGRAM OBJECTIVE <br /> • Maintain positive relations with Legislative representatives and remain actively <br /> involved in Legislative matters that may impact the City. <br /> • Implement designated FOCUS 2000 recommendations in accordance with <br /> the Council approved Implementation Plan <br /> • Efficiently manage the City's services, operations and programs to provide <br /> the stakeholders of the City with quality services. <br /> • Efficiently and effectively implement Council policy, government <br /> requirements, mandates and laws. <br /> 6 <br />
