Explanation/Summary (attach supplement sheets as necessary.) SUMMARY; At the August 7, 1995 Work Session, Midwest I .V. made application to the City Council for a Development Review and Wetland Alteration Permit for an approximately 30,000 square foot facility to be located immediately north of the Bridges Golf Course. At that meeting, the applicants reviewed their plans for dealing with all requirements of the Municipal Code as they related to the project. Specific attention was given to landscaping, parking and storm water control plans on the project site. All of the development requirements were met by the applicant to the satisfaction of both Staff and the City Council. The storm water control plans for the project were reviewed by the City Consulting Engineer and found to be adequate for the size and scope of the project. The plan - at the direction of the Consulting Engineer - included the incorporation of the properties north of the applicants property for purposes of capacity calculations. This "master plan" will provide for storm water control on all properties included in the project site and immediate vicinity. Based on this information and the aforementioned discussions at the August 7 Work Session, Staff has prepared Resolution No. 4800 for consideration by the Council. Resolution No. 4801 authorizing the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator to execute a Development Agreement (draft attached) with the applicant on behalf of the City is also included. 6 Paul arrington, Co nity Development Director RECOMMENDATION; Adopt Resolution No. 4800 approving a Development Review and Wetland Alteration Permit for Midwest I.V.
