CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 95-100 <br /> BRIDGES TECHNOLOGY CENTER <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day <br /> of , 1995, by and between the CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, <br /> County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, party of the first part, <br /> hereinafter called the "City", and BRIDGES LEASING COMPANY, LLC <br /> party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Developer" , <br /> WITNESSET H: <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer, in consideration of a Develop- <br /> ment Review and Wetland Alteration Permit for the property <br /> legally known as Lot 3 , Block 1 North Star Industrial Park 2nd <br /> Addition and the issuance of permits thereof, hereby agrees with <br /> the City to perform all of the acts required herein and to <br /> conform to all of the conditions set forth as follows: <br /> 1. Wherever the word "City" appears herein, it shall <br /> mean and include the City of Mounds View and also said City's <br /> agents and employees; and wherever the word "Developer" appears <br /> herein, it shall mean the developer, and any of its agents and <br /> employees. Wherever the words "development site" appear herein, <br /> it shall mean the premises described in the following exhibits: <br /> Exhibit 1 Site, Grading, Drainage and Utility <br /> Plans dated <br /> 1 <br />
