In accordance with the City's 5 Step Compensation Policy, this <br /> position is due for a wage adjustment. <br /> Mr. Hess is currently at Step 1, which is $2,582 .48/mo. His performance <br /> has been satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage adjustment to Step <br /> 2, $2,743 . 89/mo.
