The golf course budget has <br /> monies appropriated for golf course maturation which covers expenditures related to <br /> the first full season of operation. Winterization will be one of the last activities <br /> regarding maintenance of the golf course, one of the last maturation activities still <br /> covered in the maturation budget appropriated in the overall construction budget. <br /> The-golf-course-is-in-good-financial-circumstances During-this-first-year-of-operation, <br /> equipment has been purchased as needed. Since the winter season quickly <br /> approaches, winterization of the golf course is occurring. The above listed equipment <br /> is necessary for winterization. <br />
