STAFF REPORT <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> OCTOBER 5, 1995 <br /> The last memorandum attached to this report is from Rocky Keehn. <br /> I asked Rocky to review the proposal and comment on its merits. <br /> Please note that Rocky has some concerns and issues that will need <br /> to be resolved before he is comfortable making a formal <br /> recommendation to the City Council. <br /> Because of their size, I have not included copies of the amended <br /> drainage plans in the packet. The applicants will be present <br /> Monday Evening to discuss this issue further with the Council. I <br /> have also. asked Rocky Keehn to be present. <br /> Action on this item would involve amending the original Resolution <br /> to reflect the changes proposed. <br />
