SUMMARY; On August 28, 1995, the Mounds View City Council adopted Resolution No. 4800 approving the Development Review for Midwest I.V. for their proposed 30, 000 square foot facility at 8400 Coral Sea Street (immediately north of the Golf Course) . As a part of this approval, a drainage plan for the property involved, as well as lots north of the subject property, was accepted by the Council. About three weeks ago, Rocky Keehn and I met with representatives of Bel Air Builders (representing Midwest I.V. ) to discuss the possibility of an amendment to the original drainage plan. Bel Air's proposal involved discharging a portion (approximately 1/3) of the run-off generated on the site to Coral Sea Street and the Blaine storm sewer system rather than directing the discharge to the on-site storage pond located on the westernmost side of the property as indicated on the original plan. The 1 applicants indicated that the amendment came about as a result of the potential phase two portion of the project which would involve expansion of the facility to the north. After initial discussion, and upon the recommendation of Rocky Keehn, a letter was sent to Bel Air outlining the items which would need to be submitted in order for the proposal to be considered further.
