} <br /> 1 <br /> % <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4828 <br /> ,•, CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO PAY FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF MOUNDS VIEW DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View entered into <br /> Development Agreement No. 94-98 with Heartland-Mounds View Common <br /> Bond, - - • • . , ruct-i-n of an R'? uni--t-senior <br /> housing project; and <br /> WHEREAS, a provision of Development Agreement <br /> stipulated that the City would pay for the upgrade of Mounds View <br /> Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, the upgrade of Mounds View Drive was necessary <br /> to provide adequate access to the facility in the event of an <br /> emergency; and <br /> WHEREAS, the necessary funds to upgrade Mounds View <br /> Drive are not budgeted for 1995 thereby making it necessary to <br /> appropriate funds from another account and also amend the 1995 <br /> Budget to provide for the lawful accounting of expenditures in <br /> relation to the construction project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that by the Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View that the 1995 General Fund Budget is <br /> hereby amended by the transfer of $10, 000 from account #649-4120- <br /> 990, Silver Lake Woods to account #100-3961, General Fund and <br /> further transferring $10, 000 from account #100-3961, General Fund <br /> to account #100-4180-303 , Planning to fund the construction and <br /> upgrade of Mounds View Drive. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of October, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
