■ ■ ■ ■
THlS IS
For the Week of October 16 - October 20, 1995
ADMINISTRATION
ADMINISTRATION
Well, the California girl is getting ready to move back to California. My last official day
will be November 24. I plan on leaving Minnesota and heading for California via
"Abigail" the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Thank goodness the budget will be put to
bed before I go! So, for the next 30 days the staff and I will be working very hard to
tie up all loose ends and get everything ready for Paul to take over in the interim.
Make sure that you abuse him to the fullest extent!
Just received information on the Oak Grove Landfill reimbursement procedure.
Hopefully we will be able to get our $26,000 back from the State as fast as they
required us to send it in.
Samantha
Highway 10 Property:
♦ Samantha and I did an inventory on the contents in the blue house using the
City's video camera. I have valued the contents at approximately $15,000.
Under the original negotiations we agreed that the seller could remove the new
cabinets and appliances which I have estimated at a value of $6,800. In
discussions with the seller he is interested in removing all the new material he
put into the house including windows, furnace, interior and exterior doors. We
will be going back to the negotiation table to discuss specific items he can
remove and if there will be a change in the previous agreed sale price. It is
our feeling that any exterior items must remain to keep the house secure until
we make the move to demolish the house. Again this will be discussed at the
next work session.
