COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> WETLAND TELECONFERENCE <br /> Staff attended a teleconference on Wetland identification and mitigation held at the <br /> University of Minnesota. The conference originated in North Carolina and was <br /> distributed via satellite. Topics covered were wetland identification, mitigation and <br /> impacts of proposed-changes-to the Wetland-Conservation Act of T991. It proved to <br /> be a very informative conference - and free! <br /> BRIDGES TECHNOLOGY CENTER <br /> Staff received the final drainage plans for the Bridges Technology Center project <br /> earlier this week. Everything on the plans was to the satisfaction of Staff and the City <br /> Consulting Engineer. Hopefully this project can now go forward without any <br /> additional changes. <br /> Paul <br />
