cim.mmmiCOMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> SHERWOOD ESTATES <br /> Staff received a call from the contractor working on the Sherwood Estates development this <br /> week. He was seeking City approval to lay the first lift of asphalt on the project. Staff <br /> informed him that the weather was too cold and that he would have to wait until spring. <br /> This will not affect the building of homes on the project except for the fact that certificate of <br /> occupancy permits will not be issued until the road is in place. <br /> TYSON TRUCKING MEETING <br /> Staff met this week with Tim Nelson of Everest to discuss the possibility of expanding the <br /> Tyson Trucking facility located on Mustang Circle. The facility has, in the past, received <br /> City approval for expansions, however, development of those approvals never took place. <br /> Primarily, Tyson is interested in expanding their warehouse space and making the parking <br /> area more functional. Due to wetland issues, permits from the DNR, Army Corps of <br /> Engineers and RCWD will most likely be needed. <br /> Paul <br />
