RESOLUTION NO. 4847 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR MARK ANDRESCIK, <br /> PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> WHEREAS, Mark Andrescik began working for the City of Mounds View on November 16, <br /> 1994; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Andrescik's work performance has met the responsibilities of Public <br /> Works Maintenance Worker as outlined in the job description; and <br /> WHEREAS, his work performance has been determined to be satisfactory; and <br /> WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the City's compensation policy is <br /> recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br /> approve a step adjustment for Mark Andrescik from $14.47/hour to $15.24/hour effective • <br /> 11/16/95. <br /> Presented this 27th day of November, 1995. <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Paul Harrington, Acting City Administrator <br />
