It is recommended that the <br /> reclassification from Public Works Leadman to Public Works Foreman and the following <br /> compensation schedule, become effective January 1, 1996: <br /> STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 STEP 5 <br /> $34,080 $36,210 $38,340 $40,470 $42,600 <br /> Michael Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Waive the reading and adopt Resolution No. 4848, approving the Reclassification of the <br /> Public Works Leadman. <br />
