The Ordinance, if adopted, would rezone the property from R-1, Single Family to R-2, Single and Two Family Residential. For review: Larry Beach has made application for a Rezoning of a portion of the property located at 2801/2809 Bronson Drive (please see attached map) . Specifically, the applicant is requesting that the northernmost 225 feet of Lots 10 and 11 of Spring Lake Park Knolls `Addition be rezoned from its current designation of R-1, Single Family Residential, to R-2, Single and Two Family Residential. The request, if approved, would allow the development of the property as owner-occupied twinhomes.
