The Ordinance, if adopted, would <br /> rezone the property from R-1, Single Family to R-2, Single and Two <br /> Family Residential. <br /> For review: <br /> Larry Beach has made application for a Rezoning of a portion of the <br /> property located at 2801/2809 Bronson Drive (please see attached map) . <br /> Specifically, the applicant is requesting that the northernmost 225 feet <br /> of Lots 10 and 11 of Spring Lake Park Knolls `Addition be rezoned from <br /> its current designation of R-1, Single Family Residential, to R-2, <br /> Single and Two Family Residential. The request, if approved, would <br /> allow the development of the property as owner-occupied twinhomes.
