There were none. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Councilmember Blanchard asked if Auto Central had changed ownership <br /> 18 again. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Orduno explained that it had, in fact, changed ownership; one of <br /> 21 the partners had bought out the other partner. Orduno said the <br /> 22 City Staff would be meeting with the owner in the near future to <br /> 23 discuss the restrictions regarding the site plan and how many cars <br /> 24 will be allowed on the site. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Blanchard to Adopt the Consent Agenda as <br /> 27 Presented <br /> 28 <br /> 29 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 30 <br /> 31 RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Mayor Linke explained that this portion of the meeting was <br /> 34 designated for anyone who wished to speak to the Council on items <br /> 35 that were not on the Agenda. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Roy Carlson, a match maker for Maxx Pro Boxing Productions, <br /> 38 reported that his purpose at the meeting, along with James Glancey, <br /> 39 President, was to request the City Council to approve Resolution <br /> 40 No. 4704, a Resolution Approving the Maxx Pro Boxing Events at the <br /> 41 Bel-Rae Ballroom for March 17, April 19 and May 19, 1995. He cited <br /> 42 the word "amateur" should be changed to "professional" on the <br /> 43 Resolution. Mr. Carlson explained that similar events have been <br /> 44 conducted in the past with no problems. He stated that the dates <br /> 45 of the events were satisfactory to the Police Lieutenant, who will <br /> 46 arrange to have officers present. Mr. Carlson summarized the <br /> 47 conditions of Resolution No. 4704 specifying that Items 1 and 2 <br /> 48 were in progress and affirmed that Items 3 through 6 would also be <br /> 49 abided by. <br /> 50 <br />
