Report of Councilmembers: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Councilmember Quick: No report. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Councilmember Blanchard: No report. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Councilmember Hankner reported that she seriously injured <br /> 31 her knee while skiing last week. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Councilmember Trude reported that she had met with the <br /> 34 Police Chief and reviewed the various ordinances on <br /> 35 licensing of tobacco sales in the City of Mounds View and <br /> 36 will present the summary of that review to the Council at <br /> 37 the February 6 Work Session. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Report of Mayor Linke: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 a. Reported that last Saturday he met with the Mayors of New <br /> 42 Brighton, Shoreview and Arden Hills to discuss the Arsenal <br /> 43 property and design a plan to divide the property into <br /> 44 sections, some of which would be used for recreational <br /> 45 purposes. He cited a large open area of the property that <br /> 46 could be used for ball fields and soccer fields. The Mayors <br /> 47 will be in Washington in March and will, hopefully, be able to <br /> 48 discuss the plans with legislators at that time. <br /> 49 <br />
