Consideration of Resolution No. 4708 Authorizing the Mayor and
City Administrator to Execute Development Agreement No. 95-99,
Sherwood Estates, with Citywide Developers

Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, advised
that in November 1994, Ken Sjodin representing Citywide
Developers, approached the City Council with a 13-lot,
residential subdivision development project known as Sherwood
Estates. The Council approved the subdivision with the
stipulation that the applicant enter into a Development
Agreement with the City to ensure development of the project
according to accepted City standards of construction. This
Resolution authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to
execute the Development Agreement, which will be brought to
the February 6 Council Work Session in draft form.

Councilmember Trude asked if this agreement would be similar
to previous development agreements.

Harrington said that, although the development agreements are
similar, different conditions are put in each one.

Mayor Linke clarified that approval of this Resolution would
be contingent upon City Council's discussion at the February 6
Work Session.

MOTION/SECOND: Hankner/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4708
Authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to Execute
Development Agreement No. 95-99, Sherwood Estates, with
Citywide Developers, Contingent Upon City Council's Discussion
at the February 6, 1995 Work Session

VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried

F. There were two
wells scheduled for preventative maintenance in 1994 which
were necessary for production at that time. Funds designated
for wellhead maintenance in 1994 have been transferred to the
1995 budget, enabling funding of the maintenance project.

Ulrich reported the contractors that submitted bids and the
results of those bids. He explained that the extent of repair
needed on the wells would not be known until the wells were
actually pulled and inspected. For this reason, even repair
items which may not be necessary have been included on the
