Thereafter, the unpaid cost may be certified to <br /> the County Auditor for collection along with' current <br /> taxes in the following year or in such annual <br /> installments, not exceeding ten, as the City Council may <br /> determine in each case. <br /> Subd. 5. Landlord's Liability <br /> a For the purpose of this subdivision, "owner" is - - <br /> defined to include corporations and partnerships as <br /> well as individual owners. <br /> b. Violation of the noise control regulations shall be <br /> the act of the owner of the residential dwelling <br /> unit as well as the persons on the premises who <br /> violate said regulations; except, that the owner <br /> shall be liable only for those violations occurring <br /> after receipt of written notice from the City of <br /> violation of the noise control regulations having <br /> occurred at the residential dwelling unit. <br /> Subd. 6. Penalty. Any person in violation of any of the <br /> provisions in this chapter shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor. Each day on which such violation continues <br /> shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> SECTION III.
