1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4728 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY <br /> ACCOUNT FOR PURCHASE OF FURNITURE FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department has a need for office furniture in their Department; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the amount budgeted for these furnishings was not enough and they have <br /> made a request for additional funding for this furniture; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the March 6, 1995 Worksession, the City Council directed staff to draft <br /> a Resolution that would transfer enough funds from the Contingency Account for this <br /> purchase. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $1,800 be transferred from Contingency <br /> Account No. 100-4700-910 to Police Capital Account No. 100-4200-703 for the <br /> purchase of this furniture. <br /> Presented this 20th day of March, 1995. <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
