To assist with this process, RCWD is creating a Citizen's Task Force and <br /> a Technical Advisory Committee. <br /> At the March 6, 1995 Council Worksession, staff presented this request to the City Council <br /> who directed staff to ask Diane Wuori if she was interested in serving on the Citizen's Task <br /> Force.
