STAFF REPORT <br /> PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> MARCH 20, 1995 <br /> I notified Gayle Goben, the representative from Lake Region <br /> Hockey, regarding these two areas and advised her that this item <br /> would not go to Council until the 27th of March. <br /> On Friday, Gayle Goben and Ed Donatelle came in to City Hall on <br /> Friday, late afternoon, with the enclosed letter, sketch and <br /> fully executed lease agreement. Ms. Goben and Mr. Donatelle <br /> insisted that there must be a way that they could provide the <br /> information to the Council on Monday night. Ms. Goben and Mr. <br /> Donatede were—advised-that they could go—before the—Council a <br /> the time of Residents Requests and Comments from the Floor and <br /> present their item. <br /> Please find attached all documentation with regards to the <br /> application for Lake Region Hockey Charitable Gambling. Staff <br /> has attached the Lake Region Hockey Association Income, Expenses <br /> and Donations report (on blue paper) for your review. <br /> Since it was staff' s belief, because of the incomplete <br /> application, this item would be placed on the March 27, 1995 <br /> agenda, Resolution No. 4735 Approving/Disapproving the Premise <br /> Permit Application was prepared and is attached herein for your <br /> consideration tonight if you so desire. <br />
