4 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4735 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING/DISAPPROVING PREMISE PERMIT <br /> APPLICATION TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING <br /> (PULL TAB SALES) AT DONATELLE'S RESTAURANT, 2400 HIGHWAY 10, <br /> MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br /> WHEHAS, Lake Hegion Hockey Association has requested t1--aftlieourrcil <br /> allow them to conduct charitable gambling at Donatelle's Restaurant; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of <br /> government (city or county) pass a resolution specifically approving or denying the <br /> premise permit application; and <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the local unit of government's resolution approving the <br /> application must be attached to the application; and <br /> WHEREAS, if this application is denied by the local unit of government, the <br /> application shall not be submitted to the Gambling Control Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lake Region Hockey has submitted the necessary paperwork <br /> to the City for consideration of a premise permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lake Region Hockey is in compliance with all requirements of the <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code with regard to charitable gambling regulations; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View to assist in the economic <br /> prosperity of the local business owners. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for the City <br /> of Mounds View does (does not) hereby authorize the Lake Region Hockey <br /> Association to conduct charitable gambling at Donatelle's Restaurant. <br /> Adopted this 20th day of March, 1995. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
