Explanation/Summary (attach supplem nt sheets :s necessary.) ,SUMMARY; Attached please find Resolution No. 4780 Amending Resolution No. 4731 Establishing a Uniform Schedule of Various Fees and Charges. The three items addressed by this resoltion are as follows: Water Hydrant Deposit - Staff recommends that the fee be increased from $100 to $300 to recover the cost of any repair for damages that may have been caused due to mise or improper operation of the hydrant while being used. Cigarettes and Tobacco Products - Ordinance No. 553 entitled, "Cigarettes and Tobacco Products" was adopted on April 10, 1995 providing for the licensing of vendors, restrictions on vending machines and administrative penalties for violators. The fee for licensing of the cigarette and tobacco products vendors must be set by resolution.
