Midwest I.V.
& HOME CARE
May 31, 1995
Samantha Orduno, City Administrator
Cathy Bennett, Economic Development Coordinator
City of Mounds View
2401 Highway10
Mounds View, MN 55112
Re: Bridges Technology Park
Tax Increment Request
Dear Samantha and Cathy:
17565 Central Ave. N.E., Suite 150
Ham Lake, MN 55304
24 hour service (612) 434-4522
(800) 233-4522
Please accept this letter as our request for tax increment assistance for Bridges Technology Park.
As we have discussed, the assistance is necessary to make this economically feasible.
Through previous meetings you are aware that our desire is to build an approximate 33,000 square
foot building in the North Star Industrial Park. The primary occupant will be Midwest I.V. &
Home Care an industry leader in home care pharmaceutical delivery. The building will be designed
to be compatible with the adjacent golf course, using quality materials and landscaping.
As per our conversation the cash flow analysis shows owner return on equity both with and without
tax increment assistance. This is provided to show both need and to answer the "But For" question
of tax increment law.
I believe this is all of the information you requested. If I can provide additional information or can
answer any questions, please feel free to call me at 434-4522. Thank you for your consideration of
our request. We look forward to your response and to a successful project.
Sincerely,
Steven Peterson
President, DME
