The recommendations will include <br />specific funding mechanism and design ideas. <br />The Charter Commission, although not an official commission of the City, has been <br />very active during 1994 working on charter revisions. The City has provided staff <br />support throughout the Charter Commission's work and it is anticipated that staff <br />support will continue until completion of the Charter Commission's update of the City <br />Charter. <br />In response to the FOCUS 2000 recommendations, additional Task Forces wi91 b <br />created in the next five years to explore such topics as the volunteer activities in the <br />community and housing and neighborhood preservation and enhancement. <br />Personnel: <br />No staffing additions are anticipated in this program for the next five years. The <br />personnel included in this program include only overtime pay for a staff member to <br />take Planning Commission Minutes. <br />General Expenditures: <br />General expenditures are likely to increase in the next five years due to the increase <br />in commissions and task forces. <br />B.
