A. PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAM <br />uman Resources Program Function <br />and Service Standards <br />This Program is responsible for personnel services including training for <br />City staff, advertisements for employment opportunities, complying with <br />the Affirmative Action Plan and providing a safe work environment by <br />developing a safety plan and implementing it to minimize losses. Staffing <br />for this Program include a percentage of costs for the Administration Clerk <br />and Assistant to the City Administrator. <br />PROGRAM OBJECTIVE <br />• Maintain personnel files in accordance with the relevant Federal, <br />State and Local Laws <br />• Provide training and professional growth opportunities for staff <br />• Recruit and maintain quality employees <br />• Provide competitive compensation program for employees based on <br />performance standards and maintain compliance with Pay Equity <br />Law. <br />9 <br />
