PROGRAMMING: <br />1996 <br />1 NEW COLORED PRINTER - 1/3 cost of a colored printer to be <br />used for recreation programming, marketing and City <br />Communications Programs. Estimated cost is $500 or 1/3 cost <br />to be $166. <br />2 NEW PRINTER FOR REGISTRATION RECEIPTS - The old printer is <br />far beyond longevity and is an old model that wastes paper. <br />A new printer would cost approximately $500. <br />1997 <br />* LEAGUE SCHEDULER SOFTWARE - This software makes scheduling <br />of leagues more efficient, less labor intense. The cost is <br />approximately $2,500. <br />1998 <br />* UPGRADE FACILITY MANAGEMENT (WINDOWS) - Combined with the <br />League Scheduler, this software fits league schedules into a <br />facility management program, assigning play spaces. The <br />approximate cost is $3,900. <br />1999 <br />2000 <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />1996 <br />1 22" MONITOR FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - 1/2 cost of the <br />purchase of a new large monitor. This person prepares the <br />City Newsletters and other City information booklets and <br />therefore would benefit from a larger printer. Approximate <br />cost is $1500, or $750 for 1/2 cost. <br />1 1/3 COST OF COLORED PRINTER - approximate cost of $166 to be <br />shared with Recreation Sales and Marketing and Recreation <br />Programming Programs. <br />2 INFORMATION KIOSK - to advertise City information, to be <br />placed in a public place that generates traffic. <br />Approximate cost is $2,000. <br />1997 <br />1 1/2 COST OF REPLACING SHARIE'S COMPUTER <br />r G <br />
