Social Services <br /> Money must be predominately targeted to assist very low, low, and moderate income persons. <br /> The Ramsey County HRA proposes to designate its FY 1995 CDBG allocation as follows: <br /> Suburban low-Income Rental Rehabilitation $250,000 <br /> Suburban low-Income Owner Occupied Rehab. $400,000 <br /> Suburban Energy Improvements for Owner <br /> Occupied Homes: (these three HUD Citation 570,208 <br /> (3)(3) Low/Mod Housing Benefit) $475,000 <br /> Planning and Administration: $284,000 <br /> TOTAL: $1,409,000 <br />
