20 .5 A schedule of employees and dates each is to be <br /> assigned standby duty shall be maintained by the Public <br /> Works Supervisor. Employees shall not deviate from the <br /> schedule without permission of their supervisor. <br /> ARTICLE XXI. PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. <br /> 21. 1 The CITY will perform a performance review on an annual <br /> basis to help guide the employee in areas which need to be <br /> more fully developed and to determine the job level to which <br /> the employee will be assigned for the next fiscal year. <br /> 21. 2 Performance reviews will be prepared by each employees <br /> supervisor. Appeals must follow normal City personnel rules. <br /> ARTICLE XXII. JOB CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM. <br /> 22 .1 A 4 level job classification system designated as <br /> Levels A, B, C and D will be used to classify employees and <br /> establish wages. The requirements of the 4 Levels are as <br /> follows, <br /> 22.1.1 Public Services Worker - Level A Requirements <br /> High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. <br /> Valid Minnesota Class C Driver's License. <br /> Successful completion of City's physical <br /> examination. <br /> Ability to meet the physical demands of the job; <br /> including, but not limited to, lifting, bending,. <br /> climbing, reaching overhead, pushing, and pulling <br /> with out restriction. <br /> Ability to read, understand, and follow written <br /> and oral instructions including safety rules. <br /> Ability to perform job responsibilities in <br /> climatic extremes. <br /> Ability to perform routine repair and maintenance <br /> tasks in the following sections: Streets, Parks, <br /> Building Maintenance, Sewer, Water, & Vehicle <br /> Maintenance. <br /> 22. 1 . 2 Public Services Worker - Level B Requirements <br /> Meet or exceed all Level A requirements. <br /> Successful completion of one or more years of <br /> relevant experience. <br /> 9 <br />
