Possession of valid Minnesota Commercial Driver's <br /> license plus endorsements required by the CITY. <br /> For current Level A employees, the following areas <br /> must be satisfactory on the most recent <br /> performance review: (For new employees coming in <br /> at Level B these areas will be judged by their <br /> references in relevant work experiences) <br /> Safe work practices and safe driving record. <br /> Adherence to tardiness and sick leave <br /> policies. <br /> Ability to deal effectively and tactfully <br /> with-the public. <br /> Ability to work with a minimum of on-site <br /> supervision. <br /> Working knowledge of job fundamentals. <br /> Adherence to all City policies and <br /> procedures. <br /> 22 .1. 3 Public Service Worker - LEVEL C Requirements <br /> Meet or exceed all Level B requirements. <br /> Successful completion of 3 or more years of <br /> relevant experience. <br /> For employees with primary responsibility in the <br /> indicated area, the following license/certificate <br /> will be required. <br /> All areas - Successful completion of a <br /> certified heavy equipment training program or <br /> equivalent training and experience. <br /> Water - Class D Water Supply System <br /> Operator's Certificate. <br /> Sewer - Class S-D Waste Water Operator's <br /> Certificate. <br /> Mechanic - Certification of successful <br /> completion of training in brakes, alignments, <br /> transmissions and drive-line components, and <br /> vehicle electrical systems; and demonstrated <br /> proficiency in welding. <br /> Streets - City certification in snow plowing, <br /> street patching, and demonstrated proficiency <br /> in both. <br /> 10 <br />
