Once the cost figures for the <br /> upgrade are put together, Staff will be bringing them to Council for consideration. <br /> ADDRESSES ON COUNTY ROAD J <br /> Staff has been working with residents along County Road J to establish a new <br /> address system for their properties. It seems that following the County Road J <br /> realignment, residents living along County Road J east of Groveland Road have had <br /> trouble receiving deliveries to their homes. Staff will be working with Ramsey <br /> County to effectively deal with the problem. One suggestion was to refer to that <br /> particular stretch of road as North County Line. Regardless of the remedy, Staff <br /> has expressed to Ramsey County that an analysis of road identification signage in <br /> the area needs to be done in order to determine whether current signage is <br /> adequate or if additional signs are necessary. <br /> Paul H. <br />
