Consideration of Resolution No. 4727, Transfer of Funds for <br /> 19 Labor Relations Services Rendered in the Matter of Interest <br /> 20 Arbitration Between the City of Mounds View and the Minnesota <br /> 21 Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees Union, Local 320 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Tim Cruikshank, Assistant to the City Administrator, reported <br /> 24 that Labor Relations Associates, the City's retained consultant for <br /> 25 organized labor relations issues, has submitted an invoice for <br /> 26 arbitration services rendered. This Resolution would transfer <br /> 27 funds from Contingency to Personnel to pay for the services. The <br /> 28 amount that has been billed to the City is $3 , 026. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 This transfer is primarily the result of the police <br /> 31 arbitration in their latest contract settlement. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Blanchard to Adopt Resolution No. 4727, <br /> 34 Transfer of Funds for Labor Relations Services Rendered in the <br /> 35 Matter of Interest Arbitration Between the City of Mounds View and <br /> 36 the Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees Union, <br /> 37 Local 320 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 40 <br /> 41 D. The Ordinance is an update of the Nuisance Chapter of <br /> 47 the Mounds View Municipal Code.
