reasons the director may determine necessary or desirable. Open space <br /> sites are subject to curfew hours in force in. the City. <br /> Subd. 3. Any section or part of any open space site may be <br /> declared closed to the public by the director at any time or for any <br /> interval of time, either temporarily or at regular and stated intervals, <br /> and either entirely or for certain uses as the director s shall find <br /> necessary. <br /> 908.04 PERMITS <br /> Subd. I. Permits are required for the exclusive use of all or <br /> portions of specific areas, buildings, and other system facilities; and <br /> for conducting special events such as those of a cultural, educational, <br /> political, religious or recreational nature; and for specific exemption <br /> from any provision of this chapter. Any person, group or association <br /> of persons required to obtain a permit must file an application for a <br /> permit with the director. <br /> Subd. 2. The grantee of a permit is bound by this chapter and <br /> any department regulations in force as though the same were inserted <br /> in the permit. <br /> Subd. 3. The grantee of a permit is liable for any loss, damage <br /> or injury sustained by the system or by any person whatever, by <br /> reason of the negligence of the person or persons to whom such permits <br /> are issued. <br /> Subd. 4 The grantee of a permit may not transfer or <br /> relinquish the permit to another person or group of persons without the <br /> written permission of the director. <br /> Subd. 5. The director may revoke a permit upon evidence of <br /> a violation of this chapter. <br /> Subd. 6. No person may disturb, harass, or interfere with the <br /> grantee of a valid permit, nor with any of the grantee's property or <br /> equipment. <br /> Subd. 7. Permits may be issued to adults only and an adult <br /> must be on the premises at all times during the duration of the permit. <br /> Subd. 8. No person or group may place or keep any goods, <br /> wares, merchandise or other articles on park property or facilities <br /> without the written permission of the director. <br /> Subd. 9. No person may use park facilities such as picnic <br /> areas, ballfields, tennis courts or volleyball courts which have been <br /> reserved by another party, or to conduct picnic activity at reservation <br /> picnic sites in violation of a permit. <br /> =M I10 <br /> MU129-13 3 <br />
