The attached is the final draft of a marketing
program for the EDA's consideration. Members of the Marketing Task Force are excited to continue to work on the
implementation of the proposed marketing program. If the Task Force were to continue, it is suggested that the
team break up into groups. Each group would be responsible for completing the particulars of an assigned program.
Each group would work independently with City Staff assistance and the full task force will meet and discuss
progress on programs quarterly. All final decisions for implementation of each program would be subject to EDA
approval.
It is proposed that funding for the program come from existing Budget,NSP Grant dollars,Business Donations and
Fund-raisers.
Most of the programs are concepts. Each concept needs to be further developed with the approval of the EDA. The
costs associated with the programs are estimates based on the concepts presented.
The marketing task force would like feedback on the program and the support to continue in the implementation of
the programs.
A presentation will be given by members of the marketing task force and City Staff at the April 3rd work session.
i / , /
EconomiN= elopment Coordinator
