r
THIS IS
IT . . . .
For the Week of April 3, 1995 - April 7, 1995
ADMINISTRATION
ADMINISTRATION
This has been a relatively quiet week, aside from multiple
evening meetings, and Legislative hearings.
Senior Center
A meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 20 at 4: 00 p.m.
at the New Brighton Family Service Center to discuss the Regional
Senior Center. This is the meeting to essentially end the
project. Two Councilmembers from each of the four cities are
asked to attend this meeting. I will bring this up at the special
meeting on Tuesday so that the two Mounds View Council
representatives can be named.
Fire Dept. Capital Improvement Plan
The Fire Department has completed its presentation to the cities
of its proposed CIP. I explained to them that their CIP will be
included in the LTFP and presented for Council review, the same
as any other departmental request.
REMINDER SPECIAL MEETINGS AT 6: 00 P.M. ON TUESDAY
AND THURSDAY.
Tuesday, I will update the Council on the status of the Community
Connections Committee. We had the 2nd meeting on Wednesday and
the group has come up with some very interesting approaches to
community and school activities.
