In accordance with the City's 5 Step Compensation <br /> Policy, this position is due for a wage adjustment. <br /> Mr. Harrington is currently at Step 3, $2984.80/month. His performance <br /> has been satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage adjustment to <br /> Step 4, 3150. 62/mo.
