RESOLUTION NO. 4476 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY PLANNER <br /> PAUL HARRINGTON <br /> WHEREAS, Paul Harrington has been working with the City of Mounds <br /> View since September of 1990; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Harrington's work performance has met the <br /> responsibilities of the City Planner as outlined in the job <br /> description; and <br /> WHEREAS, his work performance has been determined to be <br /> satisfactory; and <br /> WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is fair and consistent with the <br /> City's compensation policy is recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that the Mounds View City Council <br /> hereby approve a wage adjustment for Paul Harrington from Step 3 ; <br /> $2984 .80/month, to Step 4, $3150. 62/month, effective 1/13/94 . <br /> • <br /> Presented this 10th day of January, 1994 . <br /> • <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
