This Right of Way is <br /> located directly east of our property and is marked on the <br /> current City map as "unimproved road" . See the enclosure . The <br /> approximate dimensions are 478 feet north/south and 52 feet <br /> east/west . This equals approximately 24, 856 square feet or . 57 <br /> acre . Our preliminary plan would be to some day expand our <br /> parking lot and/or put in a truck drive to the rear of our lot . <br /> A fair amount of excavation would be required. <br /> The property directly to our south, in the City of New Brighton, <br /> has now been developed. In talking to that neighbor earlier this <br /> month, Mr. Michael Murlowski of Belair Excavating, it is quite <br /> apparent to us that there are no plans for New Brighton to put in <br /> a east/west road tying this Right of Way intoOld Highway 8 . <br /> Does the City have a method of determining a price they would <br /> require?
