FINANCE
* Utility bills were mailed to customers on Friday, January 28, 1994.
Money is already coming in from the prompt payers.
* Dorothy now has and is enjoying her new window. Her enjoyment
of it will be enhanced when the construction workers complete
finishing the wall around it.
* We have experienced some problems with our line printers (the
ones that print utility bills and financial reports). The repair man
was out several times and finally replaced Dorothy's with a new
one. The one that Mary and Kitty use was repaired and hopefully
will stay that way. The repair man said that some of the problems
that we have experienced may be caused by the low relative
humidity in the office (10%). Staff will be purchasing several
humidifiers for the office shortly.
* More computer woes! The monitor on our mainframe computer
went out after smelling like a dead fish. Boy was that fun.
* Work continues on year end financial reports and preparing work
sheets and schedules in anticipation of the arrival of the auditors.
Don B.
COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT
POTENTIAL CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT
Staff met with John DeVries of Prime Builders to discuss a preliminary
concept plan for the development of townhomes/condominiums at
2856/2864 Highway 10 (property next to Knollwood Green). Mr. DeVries
