If all goes well, this <br /> item should be in front of the Planning Commission for consideration in <br /> March. <br /> • <br /> TOWNS EDGE TERRACE EMERGENCY SHELTER <br /> Vern Larson met with Staff this week to discuss the construction of a <br /> storm shelter on the Towns Edge Terrace Mobile Home Park property. <br /> Space is limited on the Park site and Mr. Larson was informed that a <br /> variance would most likely need to be granted in order for the building to <br /> be constructed. Staff informed Mr. Larson what items would be <br /> necessary for review of the request and assured him that the safety of the <br /> Park residents is of utmost concern to the City and that every effort would <br /> be made to accommodate his request. <br /> GREENHOUSE AT MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission, at their February 2, 1994 <br /> meeting, recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit which allow <br /> the placement of a temporary greenhouse structure in the parking lot of <br /> Mounds View Square Shopping Center. The CUP would allow Linder's <br /> Greenhouses to operate from mid-March to mid-July of this year. This <br /> item will be scheduled for Public Hearing at the February 28, 1994 City <br /> Council meeting. <br /> Paul <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> * Larry, Wally, Mike, Bill Hanggi and Jeff attended a Collection <br /> Operators Seminar, January 26, 27 and 28 to maintain their sewer <br /> licenses. <br />
