Received $666,396.86 of MSA funds from the State for the Long <br /> Lake Road project recently. Too bad we have to pay all of it to the <br /> County for our share of the project. <br /> Don B. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Progress is continuing to be made at Treatment Plants 2 and 3 with the <br /> possible start up of 2 next week. <br /> Gary and Cheryl are working on a sign trailer which will house all of the cities <br /> portable signs, class I barricades and cones. This complete set up will enable <br /> the crew to more efficiently set up work zone traffic control. <br /> Gary, Cheryl, Wally, Larry and Bill Hanson attended a low speed traffic control <br /> seminar in St. Cloud sponsored by Warning Lights, Inc. on Monday, February <br /> 28th. They said it was very informative and the lunch was great. <br /> The new pick up came in this week and radio and lights are being installed on <br /> the vehicle. <br /> Have been working with Fridley and Ramsey County on the Pleasantview Drive <br /> reconstruction and will be meeting with all concerned parties on Monday to <br /> discuss the pertinent items. <br /> Jim Hess and Mike Ulrich are preparing a specification for the cleaning of the <br /> ditch in the Greenfield Ponds Development. Staff is constantly monitoring the <br /> Hillview patch where the storm sewer crossing was made and will notify <br /> Catherine Harstad should repairs be necessary. <br /> Mike Ulrich <br />
